Shipping policy

Pay
We offer the following options for paying for your order:

• Pay online (including iDeal, Sofort, Bancontact)
• Pay with PayPal (including credit card)
• Pay when picking up in store (PIN)

Send NL
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days and then sent via PostNL. The shipping costs for the Netherlands are 6.95. No shipping costs will be charged for orders over 100 euros.

PLEASE NOTE:items from the outlet are excluded. For 1 or more items from the outlet, 7.95 shipping costs will ALWAYS be charged. If you order regular items under 100 euros and also outlet items, shipping costs will be charged twice.

When one or more items are returned and the total amount of your order is less than €100, €6.95 shipping costs will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned item. The return costs are always for your own account.

Shipping outside NL
The shipping costs for other countries are stated in the ordering process. PLEASE NOTE:Separate shipping costs will ALWAYS be charged for 1 or more items from the outlet. If you order regular items and also outlet items, shipping costs will be charged twice. Please contact us BEFORE paying for the order.
