Shipping policy

Payment
For payment of your order we offer the following options:

• Online payment (including iDeal, Sofort, Bancontact)
• Pay with PayPal (including credit card)
• Pay when picking up in store (PIN)

Shipping NL
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped via PostNL. The shipping costs for the Netherlands are 7,95 and 4,95 for jewelry. For orders over 100,- euro no shipping costs will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE: items from the outlet or sale are excluded from this. For 1 or more items from the outlet or sale a shipping fee of ALWAYS 7,95 or 4,95 will be charged. Sometimes, due to a combination of items, shipping costs are charged twice. Any duplicate shipping charges will be refunded afterwards.

If one or more items are returned and the total amount of your order falls below €100, then €7,95 shipping costs will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund for the returned item. Return costs are always at your own expense.

Shipping outside NL
The shipping costs for other countries are stated during the checkout process. PLEASE NOTE: For 1 or more outlet items SEPARATE shipping costs are ALWAYS charged. If you order regular items together with outlet items, shipping costs will be charged twice. Any duplicate shipping charges will be refunded afterwards.
