Refund policy
You have the right to within a period of 30 days without stating any reasons to withdraw from the contract and return the goods. During this period, you may do what is reasonably necessary with the product to assess it. You are permitted to try the product as you would in a physical store. In doing so, you may remove the product from its packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you, no later than 30 days after receipt, the items to register and send back via the Retour Portal. Returns that are not registered via the Return Portal are processed manually and have a longer processing time.
We request that you return the product in its original packaging whenever possible. The product must be returned securely packaged.
Via the Return Portal You may request a return label. Fees will be charged for this, depending on the country of dispatch. Returning parcels from outside the EU is the sole responsibility of the sender. We do not issue a return label for this.
You can also ship your return yourself. PLEASE NOTE: Always provide our email address info@leezza.com when you ship your return parcel yourself. We strongly recommend sending your return via PostNL. PostNL delivers parcels only on the days our store is open and therefore does not deliver parcels to a pickup point. Unfortunately, we cannot make these arrangements with other carriers, which often results in parcels being delivered to a pickup point. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to collect return parcels from pickup points. They will therefore be returned after a few days. Therefore, we offer the option to use the return label via the Return Portal.
Return costs are always borne by the customer. Damage, loss, or additional costs incurred during the return shipment will not be reimbursed.
Customs charges for returns from outside the EU are refused, resulting in the package being returned by customs to the sender.
Exchanges
Exchanges are also possible. You may exchange for the same item in a different color or a different Size, or for a different item. For non-discounted items in NL, one exchange is free; for exchanges of orders outside NL and for discounted items, shipping costs apply.
You may exchange the product within 30 days via the Return Portal.
Refund
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund the payments for the returned items as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the product. You will bear the costs of return shipping.
Discounted items
If you return items that were subject to a tiered discount, the discount will be recalculated for the entire order after the return. On that basis, an amount will be refunded.
Items that are discounted by 30% or more can NO return be sent.
The return policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the EU. Returns from outside the EU are not accepted.
