Refund policy

You have the right to within a period of 30 days withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons and return the items. During this period, you may do whatever is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is permitted to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You may remove the product from its packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the costs incurred as a result.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, has taken possession of the product. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you register and return the items within no later than 30 days after receipt via the Return Portal. Returns that are not registered via the Return Portal will be processed manually and will take longer to handle.

We request that you return the product in its original packaging as much as possible. The product must be returned properly packaged.

Via the Return Portal you can request a return label. Charges apply for this, depending on the country of shipment. Returning parcels from outside the EU is the full responsibility of the sender. We do not provide a return label for this.

You can also send your return shipment back yourself. PLEASE NOTE:  Always provide our email address info@leezza.com if you send your return parcel yourself. We strongly recommend sending your return parcel via PostNL. PostNL only delivers parcels on the days our store is open and therefore does not take parcels to a pickup point. Unfortunately, with other carriers we cannot make these arrangements, which means parcels are regularly delivered to a pickup point. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to collect return parcels from pickup points. These are therefore sent back after a number of days. Therefore, we offer the option to use the return label via the Return Portal.

Return shipping costs are always at your own expense. Damage, loss, or additional costs incurred during the return shipment will not be reimbursed.
Customs charges for returns from outside the EU are refused, which results in the parcel being returned to the sender by customs. 

Exchange
Exchanges are also possible. This can be for the same item in a different colour or a different Size, as well as for another item. For non-discounted items in NL, one exchange is free of charge; for exchanges of orders outside NL and for discounted items, shipping costs apply.

You can exchange the product within 30 days via the Return Portal.

Refund
In the event of a withdrawal, you will receive the payments for the returned items back as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the product has been received by us. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item. 

Discounted items
If you return items that have a tiered discount, the discount will be recalculated for the entire order after the return shipment. Based on that, an amount will be refunded.
Items that are discounted by 25% or more can NOT be returned.

The return policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the EU. Returns from outside the EU are not accepted.
