Order & pay

How do I place an order?


Place the desired items in your shopping cart and then complete the steps in the checkout process. After payment, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

Who do you accept as payment methods?

You can pay securely using the payment methods offered during checkout, including iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, ApplePay, and other commonly used payment options.

Can I still change my order after I’ve placed it?

That depends on when you contact us. Please get in touch as soon as possible by email (info@leezza.com) or phone (+31640246969). If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to see what is possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. You may also want to check your spam or junk email folder.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes, gift cards are available and can be purchased and used both online and in-store. Contact us if you would like a specific amount.

What are the shipping costs?

The current shipping costs are automatically displayed during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within one to two business days. During busy periods or sales promotions, this may take a little longer.

How long does delivery take

Within the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered within one business day after shipment. Within Europe, delivery may take slightly longer, approx. 3-5 business days. Outside Europe, delivery takes approx. 5-10 business days.

Does LEEZZA also ship outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we ship to many countries outside the Netherlands. Is your country not listed yet? Then contact us.

What happens if I'm not home?

The carrier will usually offer a new delivery time or deliver your package to a nearby pickup point. You can often also adjust your delivery time via track & trace.

Can I return items

Yes. If a non-discounted item is not entirely to your liking, you can return it within the statutory return period.

How can I return an item?

Always register your return via the returns portal. Follow the instructions on our returns page or contact us if you need help. We’re happy to assist.

Within how many days can I return it?

You have 14 days to register your return after receiving your order. After that, you have another 14 days to return your item.

Can I exchange an item for a different Size?

Yes, provided the desired Size is still available or for a different item. You can easily arrange this via the returns portal.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In that case, report it immediately via the returns portal and, if possible, include photos. We will always provide an appropriate solution.

How do the brands LEEZZA sells fit?

That varies by brand. Some brands run large, while others run slightly smaller. Where possible, we therefore provide additional information about the fit and the exact measurements with the products.

Which Size should I choose?

Are you unsure between two Sizes or not sure which Size fits best? Feel free to contact us. We’re happy to provide personal size advice.

What if I'm between two sizes?

That depends on the model, the material, and the desired fit. We’re happy to think along with you and can often provide tailored advice.

Which brands are available up to Size 48?

Various brands within our collection offer styles up to Size 48. Contact us if you are specifically looking for a particular type of garment or Size.

Can I get personal sizing advice?

Yes. Personal advice is actually one of the things we place great value on. Based on your measurements, body type, and preferences, we are happy to help you make the right choice. Both online and in our store.

Can I get advice on putting together an outfit?

Absolutely. We’re happy to help you combine clothing items, colors, and materials to create an outfit that truly suits you.

Can I also get advice if I order online?

Yes. Many customers contact us in advance for Size or styling advice. This can be done by phone, email, or via social media.

I'm looking for something for a special occasion. Can you help me with that?

Of course. Whether it’s for a party, a holiday, a business meeting, or a special occasion: we’re happy to help you think it through.

I usually wear black. Do you also have other colors?

Certainly. Although black forms an important foundation within our collections, each season we also work with carefully chosen accent colours, prints, and natural tones.

We believe exceptional clothing doesn’t have to be mass-produced. That’s why we choose brands with a distinctive signature, high-quality materials, and often production within Europe.

Do you get new collections in regularly?

Yes. During the season, we regularly receive new deliveries, so there is always something new to discover.

Are sold-out items still coming in?

Usually not. We deliberately buy our collections in small batches, and for many items we receive only a few pieces per Size. This keeps the collection special and makes it less likely you'll run into someone wearing the same outfit.

Once an item is sold out, in most cases we cannot reorder it. If you see something you like, we recommend not waiting too long.

What is a pre-order?

With a pre-order, you reserve an item before it actually arrives. This way, you are guaranteed your Size as soon as the delivery arrives.

Natural materials such as cotton, linen, and viscose are often comfortable to wear, breathe better, and stay beautiful for a long time. They also fit well with our vision of timeless fashion.

What is travel jersey?

Travel jersey is a comfortable, supple fabric that wrinkles very little, feels pleasant to wear, and is easy to care for. Ideal for everyday use and travel.

How do I care for viscose clothing?

Always follow the care instructions on the label. In general, viscose stays looking its best when you wash it at a low temperature and let it air dry.

Are your collections sustainable?
